Fixtures Released

Newry will be looking to get the 2010-11 season off to a good start when they host Dungannon Swifts on the opening weekend of the season. The game has been scheduled for 7th August at the Newry Showgrounds. The following weekend Newry travel to Belfast to play Cliftonville. With Solitude unavailable, the Reds are due to host Newry at Crusader's Seaview ground. The Crues are due to play at home on Saturday 14th August with the Cliftonville v Newry game therefore likely to be played on the Friday evening or Sunday. This website will have the details once the date for the game has been confirmed.

Newry have another tough game on August 21st when we host Glentoran and the following week we are away to Lisburn Distillery. Our final game of August sees us host champions Linfield on Tuesday evening 31st August.  There are no easy games in this league but Newry will need to be at their best if they are to hit the ground running with such a demanding opening series of fixtures.
