Mission Statement

Newry City Football Club are proud to be part of the greater Newry & Mourne district community, providing excellent state of the art soccer facilities to all. Over the last few months we have witnessed great changes to the club and our new Board Members have ambitions and long term plans for the future development of the club.

• Our aim is to build and sustain a successful, professional, community based football club.
• To be a club that is respected and recognised as a major contributor to Newry City and the wider community.
• To strengthen the bonds between the Club and the community in which it serves.
• To promote football development, professionalism in the game, youth participation and overall discipline in terms of both playing and supporting.
• Provide high quality football, quality training and fitness coaching.

Newry City players, coaches and front office staff are involved in appearances, charitable donations and outreach programs with non-profit organisations and community groups. This is an integral part of Newry City FC becoming a community based club and a centre for football excellence in Northern Ireland.
